Tender Description
Objectives
The aim of the City of Greater Dandenong Electronic Monitoring and Mobile Security Services is to:
• Prevent access to designated City of Greater Dandenong facilities by unauthorised personnel.
• Protect all authorised personnel within designated City of Greater Dandenong facilities.
• Maintain the operation and services of the City of Greater Dandenong.
• Protect City of Greater Dandenong facilities and all property on and within designated City of Greater Dandenong facilities.
• Identify and notify the City of Greater Dandenong of any potential threats to security and recommend appropriate responses.
• Contract Supervisor shall be advised immediately of any alarm activation during non-patrol times.
To report in writing within 24 hours of an incident to Council’s ‘Supervisor’ the location, nature, response time, action taken and any further action being required.
A Pre-Tender Site Inspection of the selected sites is mandatory.
