Southern Grampians Shire Council are calling on suitably qualified contractors to tender for proposed works associated with extension to the toilet building and associated external landscaping works as per tender drawings and specification at the Lake Hamilton, Mill Road, Hamilton.
This project involves an extension to the toilet building at Lake Hamilton. The connections of reticulated sewer, stormwater, domestic cold water and electricity are components of this project. All these services are available at the site.
Reinstatement of all paths, paved areas, top soil, grass and other items disturbed during the works process to their original condition is a component of the contract and the responsibility of the contractor.
