Tender Description
The University of Southern Queensland is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement with an appropriately qualified and skilled external Supplier of internal audit and risk management services as part of a co-sourcing arrangement, in support of the Universities Internal Audit function. The SOA structure has been chosen as it allows for flexibility over the term of the arrangement to change the scope of services required from the Supplier based on audit priorities in a given year. Additionally, the Supplier may be engaged for consulting work falling outside the scope of annual audits, although these opportunities may be limited to ensure the independence of the Auditor.
