This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The NDIA seeks a two year arrangement, with two one year extensions, by which the Office of the Chief Information Officer can call upon the selected supplier to plan, resource and undertake Salesforce and MuleSoft testing and associated activities in accordance with the Strategic Projects Test Strategy.
The expectation, subject to project needs, is that the agency’s needs will fluctuate across the contract term. The ongoing provision of services, within the initial term or extension periods, will be subject to satisfactory delivery and acceptance criteria on previous assignments.
The purpose of this market approach is to agree a rate card and a scalable supply model and delivery approach with a seller for the provision of testing services as required. Under this model, NDIA will seek resources to:
a. augment NDIA’s testing capability: where the selected supplier will be requested to supply a resource for a defied period; and
b. deliver an outcome based assignment to deliver end to end test services for a project where by the selected supplier will be expected to deliver, and manage delivery, test services in accordance with an assignment brief.
