Tender Description
Bayside Council invites suitably qualified and experienced Industrial Designers and Manufacturers to submit a tender for the design and documentation and annual rollout of custom Picnic Shelters across the Bayside Local Government area.
Council plans to announce the successful Contractor mid-June 2021 (Council Meeting 09 June 2021).
The successful contractor will need to work closely with Council in developing and documenting the design. While Council has developed a concept design (Appendix B), it will be the contractor's responsibility to fully develop the concept. Bayside Council's concept design should serve as a guide for the general look and feel that Council aims to achieve.
Bayside Council intends to construct the designed shelters over the course of 10 financial years, starting with a planned rollout of five shelters in the 2021 calendar year.
