Tender Description
An experienced Business focused Senior Business Analyst/Process Analyst is required to join the ROBUST Program, who will bring deep experience in target operating model implementation, Business readiness, process analysis and design, and stakeholder management to the team to support their assigned projects. The successful candidate will need to leverage past experienced in similar programs and projects of work, working with multiple stakeholders to implement significant change.
The successful candidate will be supporting the People & Capability stream within the ROBUST Program. By contrast to many of the highly technical streams within the ROBUST Program, this stream is heavily business focussed. The objective of this stream is to support the transition of numerous capabilities from the Program into Business Units in the Bureau. It will involve chaperoning of new ways of working back into the Bureau, addressing the resulting implications and ultimately the embedding of lasting change to deliver value in an ongoing capacity.
