Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠A key objective of the Australian Parliament Digital Strategy 2019-22 is to ensure the Parliaments administrative workflows are digital where possible and key administrative processes use digital authorisation and workflow management that is underpinned by single source systems.

DPS has recently commissioned key platforms that will underpin this objective including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure and is now seeking to partner with an ICT business solution provider, and Gold Microsoft Partner, to assist in its transition to a modern workplace and cloud-first solution provider.

This program will offer the capability to provide digital innovation in the following areas:

  • Education and awareness on the capabilities of the O365 platform
  • Technical assistance with configuring out of the box functionality to improve Team, Section or Branch effectiveness
  • Identification and digitisation of forms and workflows to improve productivity and service delivery

It is envisioned that the provider may be engaged across various work packages to assist the Information Services Division to engage its customers to educate and assist them in the digitisation of their work processes and practices. Given the broad nature of the work, DPS is seeking a partner that can demonstrate experience, capability and capacity to provide resources in the following areas:

  • Business Analysis
  • Training and education
  • O365 functional consultants
  • Microsoft Dynamics functional consultants
  • Power Platform functional consultants
  • .Net development

Importantly, you will have experience delivering solutions rapidly using proven agile methods.
Respondents are required to a submit a response demonstrating their capability to deliver against the selection criteria and an hourly rate for the proposed resource pool. The response should be no more than four pages with any supporting material or references provided as an appendix.
