Tender Description
Benalla Rural City Council is seeking suitably experienced contractors for the provision of crack sealing services on a panel arrangement for a three-year initial period and one optional extension of three years at the discretion of the Council.
Contract Description
The works required under this contract are for the provision of crack sealing services as required within the Benalla Rural City Council.
Works will be on an ‘as required’ basis, with no guarantee as to the quantity of work flowing through the Panel Agreement or to any Panel Contractor(s).
Works programs, as required, will be released to all contractors appointed to the panel for pricing.
Council’s preference is for Crack sealing services to commence in October and finish before 20 December each year.
