The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Parkdale Shopping Centre Streetscape Upgrade, located on the west side of the Parkdale train station.
The scope of works for this contract, around the intersection of Como Parade West and Parkers Road, include the following:
- · Construction of shopping centre footpaths
- · Drainage construction, kerbs and road resurfacing
- · Install Pedestrian Operated Signals and traffic treatments
- · Landscaping and street furniture.
- · Signage and linemarking
Council encourages and is supportive of the use of recycled products, providing the products comply with Council's specifications and that the availability of any recycled materials meet the delivery & timing requirements for the project.
