Murtoa Mechanics Institute Hall - Minor Building Works

Yarriambiack Shire Council invites suitably qualified contractors to submit a quote for minor building (renovation) works at the Murtoa Mechanics Institute Hall.

Scope of Works

The quoted works include:

• Patch and repair damaged areas over stage third level;
• North wall reclad – Totally replace first level of North wall with colorbond iron (colour to be discussed during site visit);
• Replace existing windows (standard aluminium frame).

All works carried out above 2 metres requires a current Working at Heights qualification.

Contractors must hold a commercial builder’s licence.

Contractors must undertake a mandatory site inspection prior to submission of the quotation documents. Site visits can be arranged by contacting the Project Manager as noted at 1.2 of the Request for Quote documentation.
