Tender Description
GOTAFE are looking to engage a suitably qualified construction company to complete the Construction of the Seymour Trades Training Centre Extension at 30 Loco Street in Seymour.
The Tender process is expected to commence on the 12 April 2021. The construction works are expected to commence early June 2021 and completed by December 2021 .
The project comprises expansion of an existing building to accommodate the following:
- Workshop approximately 270m2
- Store approximately 18m2
- Static Machinery Room approximately 140m2
- Learning Spaces approximately 85m2
- Foyer, Administration and Receptions Area 75m2
- Minor refurbishment to existing facility
- DDA compliant amenities
- Outdoor sand pit approximately 54m2 by 800mm deep.
- Boundary fencing around new and existing building.
- Associated utilities and services
