Tender Description
The construction of the new Whitehorse Performing Arts Centre (WPAC) forms part of the overall Whitehorse Centre redevelopment project. The Whitehorse Centre Redevelopment project also includes the demolition of the existing Whitehorse Centre and the construction of a new Performing Arts Centre, a new open double storey car park (ODSCP) and other associated works.
Accordingly, the Whitehorse Centre Redevelopment project is being delivered under the following three separate packages:
A. Demolition of existing Whitehorse Centre. This package was completed in December 2020.
B. Construction of new ODSCP with associated civil and landscape works. This package is currently in progress with an anticipated completion date of August/September 2021.
C. Novated design and construction of the new WPAC with associated civil and landscape works
