Tender Description
The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (the Commission) is seeking a partner to assist with the development and implementation of a new three-year (2021-24) Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Strategic Plan (the Plan).
The plan will set out in detail, how ICT will assist the Commission in its ambition to be a world class technology-enabled Aged Care regulator.
This Plan forms part of the Commission’s annual performance cycle and should be developed in line with the Commission’s Corporate Plan.
The new Plan will build on the Commission’s current priority of becoming ‘One Commission’ through technology supported organisational realignment and regulatory integration. It also outlines how the Commission will ensure a technologically equipped organisation to deliver on its functions in a dynamic and fast changing operating environment, and to be well placed to implement and embed the Government’s key Aged Care reforms and other opportunities.
Importantly, the Australian Government’s mandatory technology initiatives and protective security requirements should continue to be a constant inclusion in any ICT Strategic Plan.
