Tender Description
The scope of this project will include the demolition of existing Trades Building and construction of a new five storey building including associated services and landscaping works.
Both D&C and construct onlyprocurement methodologies are currently being considered.
Packaging the works with other projects within the FEP (Ascot Vale Heights School and
Flemington Primary School) to potentially be tendered and awarded to a single contractor will
also be considered.
