Unity Grammar College Ltd is undertaking significant modifications to Building E on their campus at 70 Fourth Avenue & 215 Fifth Avenue Austral.

The Project generally consists of:

• Ground Floor includes 13 classrooms and male toilet block. Classrooms will include Science Labs, D&T, Robotics, Drama, Music and General Learning
• Level 1 comprises a total of 10 classrooms, female toilet block, staff rooms, staff lounge and offices. Classrooms will include Maths, English and separate Male & Female Study rooms
• Level 2 comprises of two multi-purpose rooms and outdoor balcony
• Reinforced concrete and structural steel structure
• Civil works
• Services reticulation and
• Demolition of the existing building
