Tender Description
1. Inspect and audit each of the buildings on the Council’s building register.
2. Collect all data required to create a customized Essential Safety Measures Manual and a logbook for all ESM items at each building. Provide an initial ESM Observation Report (Gap Analysis) which will show the status of compliance levels and flag any non-compliance issues identified.
3. Establish a cloud-based control system to record ESM inspection, maintenance and replacement records, issue work orders for maintenance and inspections and generate ESM Manuals, logbooks, and statutory reporting requirements, such as the Annual ESM Report. The software control system must be capable of recording additional building information, such as Condition Reports and structural details.
4. Provide annual site inspection & audit of each building and produce the Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (AESMR) for each building for the following two (2) years.
