Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the Provision of Building Maintenance Services for an Initial Contract Term of 2 years.
Council currently has one hundred and fourteen (114) buildings which will be subject to this contract. This contract is for the provision of Building Maintenance Services, including, but not limited to, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Essential Safety Measures, across Council's building portfolio.
This contract also includes a separable component for Graffiti Bill Poster Removal; for this service across the municipality. Tenderers may tender for Building Maintenance Services separately i.e. not including Graffiti Eradication and Bill Poster Removal, or for both services, or for Graffiti Eradication and Bill Poster Removal services alone.
NOTE: The online forum closes five business days prior to the above mentioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
