Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced builders for the construction of the new Links Drive Dog Pound Contract 2761.
The objective of this facility is to provide a safe and functional pound that provides for the welfare of the held animals and staff. The facility design incorporates various holding areas for stray, quarantine, regulated, aggressive animals and an administration wing. Construction includes concrete slabs, blockwork, timber trusses, structural steel, proprietary kennel / condo systems, asphalt roadworks and landscaping. Material selections comprises of impervious, washable materials and the facility incorporates noise suppression treatments and ventilation.
