What's required
Obtain quotes to deliver a stormwater sump in NYabning and dam catchment/ilet/outlet repair works in NIyabing and Pingurp town areas. SIte inspection are not mandatory but can be arranged with the shire. The applicants will be accountable to confirm dimensions and calculations for their submitted design.

Quote Deliverables

For quote items:

Design : Including report, calculations, drawings and maping. Electronicdata to be provided in work, excel, dwg, and or pdf

Construction: Completed works to be in accordance with the specified design data and to include all costs to obtain any approvals or permits.

The shire required quotes includes design and construction for the following activities in Nyabing and Pingrup in WA:

A lump sum price including GST is to be provided with a costed itemised schedule included for each activity.

A separate price to be provided for each project activity.

Applicant to detail any additional discount or benefit if awarded both projects.

Project Summary

1 - NYABING RECREATION DAM - STORMWATER SUMP:

A. Section 2.1 Excavate a stormwater sump adjcanet to the main drain on Cronin Street in NIyabing inlcuding installation of a diverion weir within the drain

B. Section 2.2 Regrade earthen catchment feeding runoff to the Shire Recreation Dam.

2 - PINGRUP TOWN & RECREARUIB DAMS - CATCHMENT, INLETS and OUTLETS:

A. Section 2.3 Terminate vegetation/weed growth on the bitumen catchments of both dams as well as the unsealed areas between town dame outer fence and the dam.

B. Section 2.4 After terminating and then mowing/slashing vegetation on the bitumen catchments , sweep loose gravel together with any dead vegetation on the bitumen catchments, into windrows that run downhill toward the dam inlets, to minimise impediment of runoff to the dam inlets.

C. Sectiion 2.5 Remove and dispose of sediments/weeds from the silt traps on both dams.

D.Section 2.6 Repair the eroded inlet channel and ramp of the  Recreation Dam & 

E. Section 2.7 Repair the eroded outley channel from the Town Dam.
