Tender Description
Overview
The City of Albany is seeking a contractor for the Albany Artificial Fishing Reef, including responsibility for the design, construction and removal of temporary works necessary to carry out the Contract.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Design, construction and removal of any temporary works necessary to carry out the Contract, dependent on the Contractor's methodology
- Establishment of the Storage site and Load-out site, including provision of all required services such as concept design, a Method Statement and a Program of Works
- Obtaining approvals for the temporary works, or from any other approval authority as required
- Preparation of an Environmental Management Plan
- Provision of moorings for vessels
- Any other works used in execution of the Works under the Contract but not forming part of the Works

Contract Terms and Conditions
- The cost of providing temporary works, including design, construction and removal at completion of the Contract, is deemed to be included in the Contract Sum for the Works
