Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the provision and implementation of an Organisational Service Desk Solution. This Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system is required to be fully compliant with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, ensuring a user friendly and positive experience. Council’s IT Support Desk supports approximately 2,000 employees and contractors in numerous locations across the Sunshine Coast.
The solution must be provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS).
This contract will be established for an initial period of five (5) years, with the option of three (3) further 12 month extensions.
