Tender Description
Development Victoria (DV) will release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Geotechnical site investigations at a large (32ha) inner Melbourne site undergoing redevelopment.
This RFP will be released via a Selective Tender to Geotechnical Consultants who have demonstrated experience with detailed geotechnical ground investigations, surveying and can provide geotechnical advice to facilitate civil design for a large-scale industrial site.
The procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria, Local Jobs First Policy and the Social Procurement Framework.
The services are to be delivered using Development Victoria’s standard form agreement.
Full detail of the procurement will be distributed to invited tenderers in early March 2021.
