Overview
Jemena is seeking a solution for the Supply of up to 3000 devices and system to monitor and log the performance of the Jemena cathodic protection system on the Jemena Gas Network (JGN) including:
- Supply of devices (Test Point Data Logger & Cathodic System Protection Data Logger)
- Device preparation
- Device management / reporting system
- Overall project management services to implement the solution (excluding installation)
- Ongoing technical support arrangements
- Option – for installation services to install, test and commission devices into their field locations.
Objectives
- Ensure Jemena’s steel main assets are adequately cathodically protected in order to ensure safe and reliable supply of gas to it’s customers
- Establish an agreement with a suitable partner for the Cathodic Protection Solution for the next 5 years.
- Move away from OPEX costs, remove as much on site work as possible and increase automation and remote monitoring
- Harness additional data captured to create insights and drive decision making
