Tender Description
Suitably qualified Building Trades and Associated Service providers are invited to submit their respective schedule of rates for the specified works as outlined in the tender documents. Tender period is for an initial period of five years with an option of a further two years. Tenders will be received up to 2pm on Thursday 18 March 2021

Tender documents are available at Council's Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from Tuesday, 16 February 2021for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at WSROC e-tendering website at https://tenders.nsw.gov.au/wsroc/.
Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.
Please note that there is a optional Pre-Tender meeting to be held at 5pm on Thursday, 25 February 2021 at Council Chambers 366 George St, Windsor. Confirmation of attendance is required by 5pm on Tuesday, 23 February 2021.
The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
