This project represents the design requirements for a substantial upgrade and expansion of both dry and wet areas of the City's premier aquatic and leisure facility that receives approximately 800,000 visits per year.
The design requirements of this project will require a comprehensive multi-disciplinary team in order to meet all design objectives and outcomes.
There will be two site briefings / inspections of the facilities.
(1) Site Briefing 1 will commence at 1:00pm on Tuesday, 23 February 2021.
(2) Site Briefing 2 will commence at 1:00pm on Friday, 26 February 2021.
Tenderers do not have to attend both briefings, the same information will be discussed at each Site Briefing and will take approximately one hour each.
These site inspections are voluntary and all prospective tenderers may attend or send a suitable representative to a briefing.
Request for tender documents, containing full details of the work and details regarding the lodgement of tenders, will be available for collection from 10am on Monday 15 February 2021
