Tender Description
Yarra City Council is looking to deliver a technology program aimed at supporting strategic objectives to become more data driven, provide an integrated customer experience, and to accelerate digital transformation. The Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy adopted by Yarra City Council in late 2020 provides a roadmap to be delivered over three financial years, commencing in June 2021.
The three-year program is designed to also meet the expectations of the Yarra community that we operate more efficiently, proactively and with more agility and scalability than ever before. Yarra’s systems, processes, people, and operating model will need to be capable of adapting to changing community needs and associated demands for Yarra’s services.
