Cumberland City Council (Council), in response to RFT 097, is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced operators to provide a proposal to secure a long term lease which a potential term up to 21 years to improve and operate the Wyatt Park, Lidcombe Oval located on Church Street, Lidcombe.
The proposed lease will be subject to annual fixed increases of 3% and market rent review at the end of year 5, 10, 15 & 20 and upon expiry of the lease if the tenant remains in holdover. Respondents are to provide a structured business case outlining the operation of the site over a short, medium and long term which aligns with Cumberland Council’s Community Strategic and Open Space and Recreation Strategy and Draft Plan of Management and providing greater use to the general community.
