The Western NSW PHN invites eligible organisations to apply for a Contract for Services to deliver a Regional Community Chronic Pain Management Program (CCPMP) in either Broken Hill, Dubbo or both towns including sub-regional outreach to Bourke and other Regional Towns without this program.
The CCPMP is an evidence based, predominately non pharmacological approach to pain management. It aims to target those experiencing low to moderate intensity chronic pain and offers support to the participant when trying to reduce their opioid medications. The program will be delivered in small group education format and facilitated by specially trained health professionals.
