Walkerston Bypass Project - Sub-contractor and Supplier Information Booklet

⁠⁠⁠The Walkerston Bypass Project (WBP) will deliver a new two lane, two-way 10.4 km highway connecting the Peak Downs Highway to the southern end of the Mackay Ring Road Stage 1 (Bruce Highway).

The Department of Transport and Main Roads has shortlisted three suitably prequalified contractors to undertake a tender process for the Principal Contractor role of the Walkerston Bypass Project.

The Principal Contractor will be required to engage local suppliers and sub-contractors for the construction of the project.

Suppliers and sub-contractors looking to become involved in the construction of the Walkerston Bypass should download and review the Information Booklet and contact the shortlisted tenderers to discuss what opportunities may exist.
