Tender Description
SAFECOM is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide:
- Operation of ground floor Reception service during business hours (8:30 to 17:00), Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays);
- Management of electronic visitor management system, including issuing of visitor access passes;
- Management of deliveries;
- Management of ground floor public facing meeting rooms;
- Security video monitoring (when required); and
- Fire and security alarm monitoring (when required).
