Since 1 July, Partnering for Success (P4S), Sydney Water’s ground-breaking infrastructure procurement framework, is live and running with our three Regional Delivery Consortia successfully providing essential water services to our over five million customers across Greater Sydney.
As our operational rhythm takes shape, we’re also building a robust governance structure that will fortify the programme and ultimately contribute to building a successful and innovative business for years to come.
Three successful candidates will be chosen to join the P4S Independent Assurance Panel and work alongside the P4S Executive Steering Committee to provide advice on key matters affecting the programme, recommend service improvements and help drive a high-performance collaborative culture.
