Tender Description
This contract comprises of works at the Hinehopu Playground, Rotorua. The works comprise of building landscape works including earthworks, playground edging, installation of boulders and furniture, liaising with playground supplier, gardens and safety surface installation.
Council must be notified three weeks prior to works commencing so the public can be notified. The Contractor is responsible for all works detailed on the construction drawings.
Tenderers are advised that the Principal reserves the right to vary the scale of the works to fit within the constraints of the available funding for this project. There shall be no claim for a variation, as a result of any change to the scale of the works.
