Tender Description
VicRoads invites Interested Organisations to submit an EOI Response for the Head Building Contractor of the VicRoads Licence Testing Centre - 93A Heatherdale Road, Ringwood Project. This Invitation for EOI represents the first phase of the Selection Process.
The purpose of this Invitation for EOI is to:
- advise the market of the Project and provide an overview of the likely scope of Works required to deliver the Project
- outline the Selection Process, including an indicative timetable for delivery of the Project
- set out the requirements and terms and conditions for EOI Responses
- set out the Selection Criteria against which the EOI Responses will be assessed
- enable VicRoads to develop a Shortlist of suitably qualified Tenderers to proceed to the RFT Phase
Respondents must be resigtered on the Department of Treasury & Finance Construction Supplier Register and must comply with the social procurement requirements outlined in the EOI.
