This procurement process is seeking to engage a suitably skilled and experienced construction contractor to deliver construction works for the Arkaroo Rock - Construction project in Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park.

Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park is an area of cultural and wilderness significance in South Australia. The park is important to local tourism and the regional economy.

The contract term is anticipated to be 3 months from contract execution, with a 12 month defects warranty period following project completion.

Please note: Tenderers must hold GB1 level (minimum) rating on the SA Department of Infrastructure and Transport Building Prequalification Register. 

Briefing
A briefing session will be held at Level 10, 81-95 Waymouth Street, (Attendance via MS Teams is possible), Adelaide, SA, Australia, 5000 on 10:00 AM 29 January 2021.
Notes: It is recommended that all interested suppliers complete a site visit so they fully understand the Arkaroo Rock site and the logistical issues of delivering construction materials to the site.
