Tender has been withdrawn

PLEASE NOTE THIS ADVANCE NOTICE FOR AN UPCOMING INVITATION TO REGISTER ("ITR")

The Victorian Government is considering a future approach to market to identify innovative solutions to support COVIDSafe venues and events, with further details on scope/specifications to be provided in the tender documentation which is currently planned for release in late January 2021. The approach to market would be an open tender via Buying for Victoria in order to establish a preferred supplier register. Interested party/parties will need to submit an “Invitation to Register/ITR” which includes meeting the outline registration criteria.

Examples of solutions may include technologies, devices, or other instruments that mitigate public health risks at venues and major public events, including visitor registration for contact tracing, headcount and crowd tracking for physical distancing requirements, and other innovative solutions that align with the COVIDSafe Principles and COVIDSafe Plans in place at facilities. Events and venues may include large public gatherings and a range of indoor and outdoor settings.

Given the evolving nature of this project, DJPR anticipates the selected party/parties will form a preferred supplier register which will help facilitate DJPR portfolio entities and statutory bodies with future purchasing.

Suppliers are encouraged to check back on the Buying for Victoria website over January for further advice.
