Tender Description
The Hume City Council has embarked on a massive three-year sports recreation development project in conjunction with Stockland Highlands Pty Ltd. The 10-ha greenfield land allocated for development is owned by the Stockland.
Both the Council & Stockland Highlands Pty Ltd will jointly invest in the project while it will be delivered as part of the Council’s capital works program for 2020/2021/2022/2023/2024 years.
As such, proposals for design development and tender documentation are sought from experienced consultants with relevant experience.
The appointed Consultant shall perform the role of a Lead Consultant (LC), appoint its specialist consultants (SC) to undertake relevant packages of investigation & design work and manage them directly
