Expression of Interest - Tech Central Scaleup Hub Operator

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are being sought from shared workspace, incubator or accelerator operators who can deliver flexible office solutions and business support services for high-growth technology scaleups.

The NSW Government's vision for Tech Central is for a highly connected, collaborative and innovation-led precinct. An operator will support and help to grow this vision. The Scaleup Hub will be a catalyst for the broader precinct, and we expect the operator to be an active participant in developing the community and an anchor to attract new members to Tech Central.

The space will provide an affordable home for businesses scaling their operations and will complement the Sydney Startup Hub by providing flexible office solutions and services for companies with upwards of 15 full-time employees. An operator will be expected to manage the day-to-day operations, deliver programming, facilitate new commercial and research networks, and be an active member of the Tech Central community. This initiative is one of several approaches that will be employed to support affordable space at Tech Central.
