CON2020096 Preparation of a Reserve Management Plan for Reserves in Havelock North / Hastings District
Hastings District Council (HOC) is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant to prepare a Reserve Management Plan for Reserves in the Havelock North / Hastings District for adoption by Council.
This will include:
- Consultation with key stakeholders, user groups, adjacent landowners and the wider community
- Engagement of specialist inputs
- Consultation with elected members
- Preparation of a Draft Reserve Management Plan for public notification
- Analysis of submissions and preparation of a final Reserve Management Plan for adoption by Council
- Report to Council
