CJ Arms, in conjunction with City West Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in February 2021 for the River Valley Estate 7C, Sunshine North, water main . The project will include:

• Construction of approximately 300m of DN280mm PE Water Main as part of the River Valley Estate – for Maribyrnong Riverside Developments, within Brimbank City Council.
• Construction will include the under bore crossing of the Vic Track rail corridor, adjacent to Baldwin Avenue. Bore to commence and finish clear of VicTrack Land and include a 450mm RCP casing.
• Contractors must be accredited with City West Water for the supply of works and services in Category WC1 (Reticulation Mains ≤ 280mm), Category R3 (Risk Overlay – Major Crossing).
