Tender Description
Horsham Rural City Council invites appropriately experienced and qualified manufactures/supplier/contractors to undertake the manufacture, supply and installation of a public toilet building, complete with skillion roof at Horsham skate park, of which the address is Park Drive, Horsham.
The contractor must, prior to submitting a quotation:
- fully read and understand the requirements of the Invitation to Quote ;
- thoroughly inspect the Site and/or local conditions for all factors that will affect the carrying out of the Services;
- review and understand all relevant documents necessary for it to submit an informed quote;
- Thoroughly review and assess the risk and cost of performing the Services
- The supplier/contractor will provide an engineer approved slab design for the proposed building
- Council will install the slab as per the submitted slab design.
- Council will provide all the required services to within 1m of the slab.
- Council will provide all required and relevant permits.
- The contractor will be responsible for the erection and installation of the building as well as the connection of services.
- The contractor will be responsible for the offloading of the building when it arrives on-site. Council does not have access to a forklift to offload.
- The contractor will be required to submit a full and comprehensive submission stating all the specifications and materials that will be used to construct the toilet building. Specifications for the slab as well as the required services will also need to be included in this submission.
