Tender Description
On behalf of Good Samaritan Primary School, Roxburgh Park, we invite expressions of interests from registered commercial builders (Victoria) for the construction of external and internal works to an existing building (500m2 refurb area) and a new small toilet pavilion (170m2 roof area) Applicants need suitable capacity and experience.
Applicants should include details of company structure, references from architects and examples of completed projects. Lump Sum contract to be used. Following EOI, a shortlist of builders will be invited to tender for the project (maximum six).
