Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Boeing is looking for organisations with experitise in this field to provide assistance to Boeing in defining system architectures as well as designing, manufacturing/creating and supporting specific products:

Interface to ADF and Coalition Distributed Mission Training environments
Support standard simulation and C2 protocols and message sets
Model platforms dynamics and signatures, sensors, effectors, communications and networks
Allow rapid training scenario design, distribution and re-use
Customise Virtual entity control interfaces, including communications, for simulation operators and role players
Provide definable Agent behaviours for Constructive entities
Orchestrate simulation infrastructure to manage multiple, parallel training activities
Manage multiple levels of model fidelity and security classification
Record and replay After Action Review data including ground truth, system perception and trainee perspective views
Provide a Human Performance management system that incorporates structured subjective data collection against mission readiness criteria.
