Cleaner to Maintain the Paroo Shire Hall & Bob Poncho Park Facilities on behalf of Council.

Paroo Shire Council is seeking energetic, friendly, self-motivated and suitably experienced

person for the above position.

It is essential that applicants have previous experience in cleaning a large hall

complex and public toilet facilities. Applicant will be required to have an ABN and

their own public liabilityn the Paroo Shire Hall & Bob Poncho Park Facilities on behalf of Council.

The successful applicant will maintain the main hall, supper room, bar, cold room, courtyard and secretary office areas, the opening of Bob Poncho park toilets, maintain toilets and rotunda area

The Expression of Interest must address how the service will be available on call including back up capability. Good communication skills, service and professionalism will be essential characteristics. Applicants are required to possess or be prepared to obtain prior to
commencement the following:

• Workplace health and safety requirements
• Insurances
• Knowledge of chemical use
