Cleaning Council Facilities

⁠⁠⁠Dear Valued Suppliers

Southern Downs Regional Council requires a suitably experienced contractor to undertake cleaning services including but not limited to the locations as specified Scope document.

This contract is a separable portions contract with the following areas:

• Buildings - Northern sites

• Buildings - Southern sites

• Bio Hazard Cleaning

• Community Housing Cleaning (Bond Clean)

• Ad-hoc Cleaning Services

• Emergency Clean Up/Addition Services

• Other Services

Council reserves the right to award multiple or single sites to Successful Contractor/s at its sole discretion.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the cleaning services as described in the detailed herein and in accordance with industry standards. The required result is to maintain the facility(s) in such a manner as to provide a clean, healthy and safe work environment for occupants of Southern Downs Owned building(s).
