Tender Description
Knox City Council is looking for suitably qualified consultants to support and guide the strategic design of our adaptive cultures journey and culture change programs to support our Future Ready Knox aspiration.
Knox is seeking to identify and appoint key design and delivery partners to implement THRIVE in support of Knox’s people, cultural and workplace aspirations.
Benefits sought through this project are defined as:
• Increased organisational adaptive capacity
• Increased employee engagement throughout the designated culture change period
• Increased success measures achieved for Strategy, People and Culture Projects
• Successful delivery of THRIVE
• Measurable improvement in the Adaptive CulturesTM Framework.
The integrated nature of our people and culture work has led us to seek expressions of interest for three aspects, consulting, coaching and program design, development and delivery.
We are inviting applications for one or multiple parts A, and/or B and/or C of this tender.
