Council is seeking to develop the next stage of the Tate Drive Industrial Estate to provide opportunities for new business development in an industrial estate that is experiencing strong growth. Increasing the capacity will ensure that new business development is captured and the benefits to the local economy are maximised.
Gannawarra Shire Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of Stage 9 of the Tate Drive industrial estate to open up another 13 lots to local businesses. The project includes installation of drainage, potable water and sewer networks along with construction of kerb and roads.
Council will have designs generated for electrical and telecommunications networks which will be tendered once developed.
