Tender Description
Development Victoria (DV) will release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Digital Ecosystem Design and Project Management services for a large (32ha) inner Melbourne site.
This RFP will be released via a Selective Tender to Digital and Communication technology infrastructure consultants, registered on the Construction Supplier Register, who have demonstrated expertise in designing and project managing the implementation of successful and high-quality digital ecosystems for large scale sites.
The procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Directions for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria, Local Jobs First Policy and the Social Procurement Framework.
The services are to be delivered using Development Victoria’s Major Services consultancy agreement.
