Tender Description
Central Goldfields Shire Council (CGSC) is requesting quotes for the provision of a co-managed IT service. CGSC is undergoing major infrastructure and systems application upgrades. As a result we are seeking support from a vendor to provide Level 3-4 support, along with 24/7 monitoring of the performance, capacity and overall health of our new infrastructure and systems based on to be determined thresholds and other proactive monitoring options.
