Tender Description

The works are generally described as structural concrete works for a two-level car park located at Mt Hotham in North East Victoria.

The works are expected to include installation of column pads, in-situ retaining walls and tilt up precast panels (with associated footings), ground floor and suspended slabs, temporary propping and works, concrete supply and pumping, cranage and the like.

The contractor will be required to coordinate its works with other contractors engaged by the Mt Hotham Alpine Resort Management Board including civil works, services installation and structural steel erection.
