Tender Description
This project includes replacement of the existing soccer/cricket pavilion at Kelly with a new building that provides unisex and female friendly amenities for players and officials, public toilets, canteen, storage and a first aid room.
The vision of the facility masterplan includes providing quality sporting facilities and an attractive recreation setting for locals and visitors. The construction of this new pavilion provides a greater level of service to all of the players, spectators and community members that use Kelly Park, supporting sporting clubs to provide inclusive cultures, safe and appropriate facilities and to promote participation to a broader range of the community.
